FUGTH / Legal information
Privacy Policy
What information is handled when you use FUGTH, why it is used, and how to reach us about your information.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Who operates this service
FUGTH Management is operated by FUGTH Chat LLC, a Georgia-organized business with operations in Florida, United States. We provide business website tools, communication assistance, customer and lead management, and related software. Privacy inquiries: fugthmanagement@gmail.com. A verified business mailing address will be supplied on applicable contractual, billing, or required legal documents; no unverified street address is published here.
2. Information we handle
Depending on which features you use, information can include contact information and login details (including Google account identifiers when you choose Google sign-in), business names, locations, service descriptions, customer messages, leads, appointment requests, call metadata, transcripts or recordings where enabled, website content, billing identifiers and subscription status, support communications, security logs, and device/browser information. Payment card information is processed by Stripe, not collected by FUGTH's own card fields.
3. Why information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide subscribed services, route calls and messages, process authorized billing, display website and lead data to the appropriate business, support customers, prevent abuse, maintain records, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. Optional usage analytics are loaded only when selected in our cookie preferences.
4. Business/customer relationships
A business using FUGTH may be responsible for information it collects from its own customers. FUGTH processes that information to provide its contracted features. Each business is responsible for lawful notices, permissions, marketing consent, recording disclosures, and appropriate retention or deletion policies for its customers. Do not place sensitive health, payment-card, or government-ID information in an ordinary website-preview form.
5. Third-party services
We use providers to host the application, manage authentication and databases, process payments, and (where activated) support calling, messaging or scheduling. These may include Google/Firebase, Vercel, Stripe, and relevant communication providers. If you consent to optional analytics, Microsoft Clarity can process visit/device information and set its own identifiers. Provider practices are also governed by their policies.
6. Cookies and tracking
Essential storage enables sign-in and remembers your cookie preference. Optional analytics are disabled until accepted. You can refuse or revise optional analytics at any time using Cookie Settings. Changing your preference stops further analytics script loading; browser controls may also be needed to clear previously stored third-party cookies.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for operating the service, account or billing reconciliation, safety, disputes, and legal requirements. Retention depends on record type and active integrations; we do not promise a universal deletion interval. We apply access controls and reasonable security practices, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Preview-only customer profiles labeled browser-local remain in that device's storage unless cleared.
8. Sharing
Information may be shared with the relevant business account, service providers acting for the service, or as necessary to comply with law, enforce terms, prevent fraud, or complete an authorized corporate transaction. We do not authorize unauthorized access to customer records across business accounts. We do not currently operate a separate advertising audience sale feature on FUGTH's public website.
9. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with your FUGTH account by contacting fugthmanagement@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and preserve records required by law or legitimate business operations. If you are a customer of a business using FUGTH, contact that business regarding the information it controls. Additional rights may apply depending on your location and the service involved.
10. Children and international use
FUGTH business services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly solicit children's personal information. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
11. Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or law; the updated date appears above. Material changes will be communicated when required. For privacy or security questions, email fugthmanagement@gmail.com.
