Terms of Service
The operating rules for FUGTH business software, website services, subscription billing, and customer responsibilities.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Provider and acceptance
These terms apply to FUGTH Management operated by FUGTH Chat LLC, a Georgia-organized LLC operating in Florida. By creating an account, purchasing services, or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept terms on its behalf. Contact: fugthmanagement@gmail.com.
2. Services and feature availability
FUGTH offers software tools for business websites, voice reception, communication records, lead management, bookings, and marketing workflows. Features, usage limits, integrations, setup work and support levels depend on your selected plan and onboarding. Preview modes are demonstrations, not a promise that a third-party integration, booking, phone number, or customer portal is enabled. We will identify material limitations where they affect an offer.
3. Accounts and access
Keep sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate business details. You are responsible for users acting under your account and must give staff access only as authorized. Do not attempt to access another business's customer records. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or administer services.
4. Pricing, setup fees, and renewals
Applicable prices, one-time implementation charges, usage allowances, taxes, discounts, billing frequency, and the first charge appear in the order summary before payment. Recurring plans renew at the stated interval unless canceled. A one-time website purchase does not include ongoing hosted service unless separately purchased. Usage beyond included allowances, custom integrations, and bespoke implementation require their own disclosed terms or quote. Price changes affecting future periods will be communicated as required by law.
5. Cancellation and refunds
To request subscription cancellation or billing assistance, contact fugthmanagement@gmail.com. We will explain the applicable cancellation effective date and any continued access. Subscription charges already incurred and work actually delivered are generally not automatically reversed solely because a customer stops using the service; any refunds are subject to the applicable checkout terms, a specific written agreement, and non-waivable legal rights. We will not impose undisclosed fees. Cancellation does not erase lawful prior invoices or obligations.
6. Website delivery and ownership
You retain rights to original text, logos and images you provide and authorize FUGTH to use them to provide the requested service. FUGTH retains rights in its underlying templates, software and service technology. Custom work, revisions, domain management, source-code handoff and hosting rights depend on the signed proposal or order scope. Estimated delivery begins after required materials and approvals are received; changes, domain verification or third-party issues may affect timelines.
7. Calls, recordings, and marketing
You are responsible for the legality of customer outreach, call recording, transcription, automated communication, and recipient consent. Florida and other jurisdictions have laws regulating intercepted or recorded conversations; deploy recording only with notices and consent appropriate to all involved jurisdictions. Do not send unlawful bulk messages, spam, or deceptive impersonations. You must keep required opt-in and opt-out records and comply with applicable telemarketing and privacy rules.
8. Data and platform conduct
You must have lawful authority to upload, store and process customer information, including appointment and call data. Do not submit unlawful, malicious, infringing or sensitive regulated material into unsupported features. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer protected services, bypass usage limits, interfere with platform operations, or represent an unapproved website preview as an endorsed business site.
9. Third parties and payments
Stripe processes card payments; Firebase/Google and other infrastructure providers may power sign-in, storage, and integrations. Their services can be subject to additional provider terms. We cannot guarantee continuous availability of third-party services. A successful payment return page does not alone establish activation; the payment is confirmed through signed payment verification and account reconciliation.
10. Warranty and liability boundaries
Services are provided with reasonable care and as described in applicable contracts. AI-generated answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied upon for emergencies, professional diagnosis, or legally binding confirmations without verification. To the extent permitted by law and applicable agreements, indirect or consequential losses are excluded; mandatory consumer and statutory rights are not waived. No provision excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
11. Suspension, termination, and disputes
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, safety threats, or serious violations, subject to applicable law and notice when practicable. Before formal litigation, contact fugthmanagement@gmail.com and describe the concern so we can try to resolve it. Florida law generally governs contractual disputes associated with our Florida operations, without overriding mandatory protections or valid business-specific agreements. Court venue and any alternative dispute arrangements must be agreed to expressly in the relevant contract; these website terms do not create an automatic arbitration requirement.
12. Notices and updates
We may modify these terms prospectively and will communicate material changes as required. The revision date is above. A legal service or mailing address can be provided on verified invoices, contracts or upon appropriate business request; this page does not publish an unverified street address.
